Roxann Dawson, playing B'Elanna Torres, is pregnant, and in order to hide it, she's given a new large open uniform top to dress. We'll be given to see it in the next few episodes until she has to go off the stages from episodes 'Omega Directive' to 'One'. See the special note in 'Killing Game part I'.
