When Voyager detects replicator technology and Alpha Quadrant inhabitants on a nearby planet, Chakotay and Paris transport there to find an impoverished, stuggling society. They soon find a palatial temple and two Ferengi -- Arridor and Kol -- decked out in silk and gold jewels who are passing themselves off as demigods to the people there. It's up to Chakotay and Paris -- with the help of Neelix -- to thwart them.

So finally the Barzan whormhole other side (TNG) is found to be located 70000 LY from Earth, in the Delta Quadrant. Add it to any TNG guide. Dan Shor takes back his role of Dr Arridor from "The Price" (TNG s4), but Kol, who had no dialog in TNG, is played by a different actor

Ferengi (Arridor and Koll are the 2 ferengis that disappeared in the Barzan wormhole in the Alpha Quadrant in 2366 in the episode, TNG-s4. The Grand Proxi is the official representative of the Grand Nagus. Arridor declares there are 285 rules of acquisition. According to the Rules of Acquisitions, Grand Proxi is only encountered in hopeless situations)/ Voyager (3 torpedoes fired. 25 left)/ Shuttle (1 stolen by the Ferengis)
