Vaughn Armstrong plays a new alien again (a dozen in his carreer), a few years before he'll become famous as the recurring Admiral Forrest, in Enterprise.

Kim (he called his family at least twice a week. He's 22. Tom says if he travelled through the wormhole, he would meet himself aged 2)/ Torres (she hasn't seen her father since she was 5, when her parents split. She hasn't got any contact with her mother who is somewhere on the Klingon homeworld. Her only family is the Maquis, and most of them are on board, so she's not concerned by returning home)/ The Doctor (he gains the ability to switch off himself by Janeway. He receives his first kiss on the cheek by Kes. He tells Kes he would like to have a name, but doesn't know how to choose)/ Kes (she learns medicine at a fantastic speed, she'd love to see an autopsy!)
